Placing an Order

You can conveniently place your order through our online store.
After selecting the desired products and confirming your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing all necessary information about delivery and payment.

• Payment MethodsPayment upon delivery – pay for your order in cash or by card when you receive your goods.
• Bank transfer (invoice) – after confirming your order, we will send you an e-mail with payment details.

The order will be processed once the payment has been confirmed or a payment method has been agreed upon.

Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

You can choose between the following delivery methods:

• Courier delivery/parcel machine – the order will be delivered to the address you specify or parcel machine.
• Pick-up in person – by prior arrangement with us.

Delivery costs depend on the selected service and are displayed during checkout.
If a product is temporarily out of stock or if there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible.

Returns and Order Cancellation
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act , the client has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the online store and return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to:perishable goods or products with a short shelf life (e.g., food items);
• hygiene and cosmetic products whose packaging has been opened after delivery;
• products made to order or customized for the client.

If the customer wishes to return an item delivered by courier, they are responsible for reasonable return shipping costs, unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.

Incorrect or Defective Products
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us by e-mail at sales@easyfind.ee within 7 days of receiving the order.

We will replace the product or refund the purchase amount as agreed.
