Ingredients: 51% Italian type ‘0’ soft wheat flour, 28% Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina, 16% Verdeca white wine (sulfites), olive oil, 6% extra virgin olive oil, salt, 1% ground ginger, 1% ground turmeric, fresh yeast.
Storage: If stored correctly in their packaging in a cool, dry place, these taralli have a shelf life of six months. Only 100% natural preservatives are used, such as extra virgin olive oil and white wine.
