Pistachio-almond pesto: enjoy it this way
Excellent as an appetizer with bruschetta or crostini, and also as a condiment for first courses, pizza, savory tarts, and main meat dishes (like pork tenderloin and roasts).
Ingredients
Pistachios, almonds, extra virgin olive oil, Cosacavaddu cheese, sugar, salt, black pepper, nutmeg. Acidity regulator: lactic acid.
