Ingredients: 51% Italian soft wheat flour, 28% Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina, 16% Verdeca white wine (sulfites), olive oil, 6% extra virgin olive oil, salt, 1% tomato powder, 1% dried basil, fresh yeast.
Storage: If taralli are stored properly in their packaging in a cool, dry place, their shelf life is six months. We use only 100% natural preservatives, such as extra virgin olive oil and white wine.
Additional information: Products may contain traces of nuts, sesame, and cereals containing gluten. They do not contain preservatives or colorings.
