Placing an Order
Orders can be conveniently placed through our online store.
Once you have selected the desired products and confirmed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary information regarding delivery and payment.
Payment Methods
You can pay in our store using the following methods:
- Via Montonio’s secure payment system – you can pay with bank link, card payment, and Apple Pay.
- Payment upon self-pickup of the order – if you pick up the order yourself, you can pay in cash or via bank transfer.
The order will be processed after payment confirmation or an agreement on the payment method.
Delivery
Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
We offer two delivery options:
- Courier Delivery/Parcel Locker – goods are delivered to your specified address/parcel locker.
- Local Pickup – by prior arrangement with us.
Delivery cost depends on the selected service and will be displayed when placing your order.
If an ordered item is temporarily out of stock or there is a delivery delay, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Returns and Cancellations
According to the Consumer Protection Act, customers have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in an online store and return goods within 14 days of receiving them, without providing a reason.
Returned goods must be
unused,
in original packaging
and in the same condition as they were delivered to the customer.
⚠️ The right of withdrawal does not apply:
- for perishable goods or products with a short shelf life (e.g., food);
- for hygiene products and opened cosmetics whose packaging has been opened after receipt;
- for custom-made products.
If a customer wishes to return goods sent by courier, the customer is responsible for reasonable return shipping costs, unless the delivered goods were incorrect or defective.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us by email at sales@easyfind.ee within 7 days of receiving the goods.
We will replace the product or refund the amount paid, as agreed.
